The best summer fishing adventure!
Overnight Drift Boat Smallmouth Bass Fishing & Luxury Camping
Overnight Bass Fishing Trip
From July through late September, join us for a 2-day / 1-night all-inclusive Smallmouth Bass adventure on the Salmon River. Spend two sun-soaked days chasing hungry bass, taking in the scenery, swimming, and floating 15–20 scenic river miles down the Salmon River.
As the sun sets behind the canyon rim, we’ll pull into our completed camp for cold drinks, games, and an extravagant dinner you’ll still be talking about when you plan your Steelhead Fishing trip in October.
This is much more of a “glamping trip” than a “camping trip”. Enjoy a private tent, wake to the smell of hot coffee, and have a great breakfast. Don’t worry about setting up or taking down camp, we’ll handle that. This trip will make all levels of anglers happy, from beginner to seasoned. This trip is friends & family friendly, food forward, and packed with views, the amazing fishing is just the icing on the cake of this quick summer getaway! This is the summer trip you’ll never forget!

What should you expect on an adventure like this?

Summer Sweet Spot:
July through September is the ideal time for great weather and great fishing! The water is comfortable for a splash and a swim, the fishing is great, the days are long, and the summer stars are perfect to fall asleep under.
An experience based around you:
On an exclusive trip, bring 6 to 9 of your closest family and friends and spread across 3-4 drift boats. With a private group, the pace, techniques, and riverside breaks are tailored to your group. Our guides are always thinking about the guest first - we want you to have fun, be comfortable, and do what you want to do!
An amazing camp:
Everyone gets a personal tent, cot, and premium sleeping pad, and don’t worry about setting it up, we’ve got that handled for you! Camp will be complimented be a separate dining area & kitchen. Be comfortable.
The best food:
Made from scratch meals, (how about some famous dutch oven cooking). You’re going to quickly learn that guides are more than just fishermen, but pretty darn good cooks, too! And don’t worry, we never forget the desert or the bass tacos!
Catch rates:
This isn’t your standard outing - It’s a bad day fishing if we’re not boating 40-60 (or more!) bass per boat per day. This is a great trip for families to get their kids into fishing, and for experienced fishermen too!
A true “Out of Service” experience:
Phones only have one use on the river - and thats for photos. The area we fish has no cell phone service - perfect for reconnecting with loved ones and disconnecting from the day to day distractions!
-
Totally! For your group to book out an exclusive trip, we need a minimum of 6 spots paid for.
Under the “dates & rates” section you will see how many spots are available for each launch date.
-
6:00 PM MST the night before your trip:
We will meet at the Salmon Rapids Lodge for a "Meet & Greet" with the guides or trip leader. Here you get to ask any last minute questions about your trip.
At the meet & greet you will receive your dry bags and/or duffel bags to fill with your camp gear, and have the opportunity to ask any last minute questions, and get the final itinerary for the next 2 days.
Day 1: 7:00 AM:
You will meet us at our office - 1512 N Main Street (The North end of Riggins). You will leave your vehicles here.
Make sure you get a bite to eat before we meet up, we don’t serve breakfast on day 1. We generally have an early lunch on our first day.
We will give your loaded dry bags to our gear boaters here, you will not see those dry bags until camp - so make sure that anything you need during the day is not in these bags!
Your guides will drive you from here to the boat ramp where our trip will begin!
After a full day of fishing, swimming, and fun in the sun we will arrive at camp. Your camp will be completely set up when you arrive. We’ll eat great food, tell river stories, and enjoy a beautiful evening on the river.
We are generally at camp by 4 & 6 pm.
Day 2
Your morning will start with coffee, juice, & a hearty breakfast. After breakfast you will get your bags packed up & we will head out for another awesome day on the water!
At the end of the day the guides will drive you back to your vehicles at the office and say our goodbyes.
